New Client Service Director boosts digital agency’s senior sales and Adobe power
Design is Dead in Brussels welcomes senior digital and Adobe expert Alexandre De Haan as its new Client Service Director. After 18 months as Managing Partner at TBSCG, Alexandre accepted this new challenge, recognising a clear match with the ‘Agile Guides in Digital Journeys’. He joins the fast-growing company’s sales team and will lead its service delivery for a major new client.

A homecoming in his career
For Alexandre, his new job at Design is Dead feels like a homecoming. He worked for over a decade at Emakina.BE, a sister agency inside Emakina Group, where he held e-business, web building and sales management roles. This broad background allows him to easily reconnect with the experts in that agency, for shared know-how and common project development.
Broad management and hands-on experience
Alexandre De Haan, 46, is a Master of Science (MSc) in e-Business from HEC Montreal. The Belgian-Canadian is at home both in the board room and on the production floor. He successfully managed multiple digital projects from inception to completion, activation and maintenance.
His track record includes B2C, B2B and corporate challenges, marketing and brand communication, mobile, gaming, HR, training and CRM initiatives. His clients included ACV - CSC, Aéroports de Montréal, Aeromexico, Bombardier, Brussels Airlines, Delhaize, Ergo Insurance, Puratos and Total.
